ABOUT OUR TERMS

                                                                     Terms & Conditions/ Reservation Agreement:

 

The following policies apply to all our services:
* All Deposits are none refundable and remaining charges will apply after trip is completed.
* Please book reservations 24/hrs in advance or at least 2 hours before pick up.
*  For  all hourly services rates begin at time of pick up and ends upon its return to the garage.
*  Wait time, tolls, parking, stops, Airport Fees, or any additional services are not included in your trip rate but will be applied if needed.
For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $1.00 per minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as Ten (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. A (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight time arrival time. A (60) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time. A (15) minute grace period is allowed following the reported bus/train scheduled arrival time.
Early Fee of $5.00 for sedans or $10 for SUVs will be charged for any pick up between 12AM and 5AM.
A $20.00 Service charge will be added to any booking occurs on: New Year's day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth Of july, Labor Day, Thanksgiving And Christmas.
Cancellations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus any applicable tolls, parking and airport fees.
Cancellation within four (4) hours in Boston and Six (6) hours in other cities of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip
((All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the service without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine "will be handed/mailed with prior arrangments".  Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Billing:
Rides are billed to the customers credit card. Blue Hills Limousine LLC accepts the following:
